It can be difficult to find convenient affordable downtown office space - especially on a restricted budget. Phoenix Community Works Enterprises is proud to introduce its "Office Share" program, geared towards nonprofits and consultants requiring the functionality of a full office at an affordable price. "Office Share" allows clients to choose the space-sharing package that makes the most sense for their business, with a variety of service add-ons available to meet all your needs. Base Desk ($200.00/month plus HST)

* Boardroom usage available for qualifying organizations
* One free hour of Tech Support every month ($75.00/month value)
* Use of fax, copier (BW), Printers (BW and Colour)
o Long distance charges applicable to outgoing faxes
o Scan to email
o Copier - 8 cents/copy
o Network printing
+ Black and White - 8 cents/page
+ Colour - 15 cents/page
o Cleaning and maintenance
o Downtown address, located right in the Annex at Spadina and Bloor just steps away from a subway station.
o Air conditioning
o Large West and North facing windows on the 5th floor
o Plenty of natural light
o Coffee maker, microwave, and small shared fridge.

Temp Desks

* $100.00 for 40 hours per month, based on Base Desk package; subject to availability

Additional Services

* Phone ($20.00/month), voice mail and voice mail to email ($5.00/month)
* Phone conferencing ($10.00 per conference up to 5 people, additional charges above 5)
* Own phone number and Voice mail ($10.00/month plus $120.00 setup)
* Server space (backups and/or storage) $2/gigabyte/month
* Remote Access ($5.00 per month and only available to long term rentals - 1yr or greater)
