It can be difficult to find convenient affordable downtown office space - especially on a restricted budget. Phoenix Community Works Enterprises is proud to introduce its "Office Share" program, geared towards nonprofits requiring the functionality of a full office at an affordable price. "Office Share" allows clients to choose the space-sharing package that makes the most sense for their business, with a variety of service add-ons available to meet all your needs. * Free on-site boardroom usage with membership at Volunteer Toronto for those who qualify. Organizations with a budget under $100,000 pay approximately $50.00 for the year to become members and receive countless other benefits.
* One free hour of TechSupport every month ($60.00/month value)
* Use of fax, copier (BW), Printers (BW and Colour)
o Faxes - billed at 8 cents/incoming fax page printed. Long distance charges applicable to outgoing faxes

*$1000/month for the entire space with 5 desks and all shelves. Includes all base desk options times 5 where applicable.
Additional Services
* Phone ($20.00/month), voice mail and voice mail to email ($5.00/month)
* Phone conferencing ($10.00 per conference up to 5 people, additional charges above 5)
* Own phone number and Voice mail ($10.00/month plus $120.00 setup)
* Server space (backups and/or storage) $3/gigabyte/month
* Remote Access ($5.00 per month and only available to long term rentals - 1yr or greater)
* Website Hosting ($10.00/month – low bandwidth)

* Tech Support ($50.00/hr. 1 free hour per month included)
* Computer purchase available over term of lease (PCWE will purchase a computer for you) - cost pro-rated per months on lease and added to monthly rent; e.g. Base Desk Rental for 2 years = $200/month + $40/month computer purchase = $240 payment per month. (Example only - actual costs will vary)
