Technical Support

PCWE provides a timely and effective response to support calls. Support calls will be returned within an hour and when an hour is too long to wait we provide emergency calling at no extra charge. We provide support for a broad range of software and hardware but if there is a problem a client is having with something that does not appear on our list we will, at the client's request, attempt to point the client in the right direction for the next steps. We support:

  • All versions of Microsoft Windows
  • All versions of Microsoft Windows Server
  • Cisco Networking Devices (including non Linksys Cisco devices)
  • Data and Voice Cabling
  • General Networking
  • Printers, Faxes, and Copiers
